Delivery range: Nationwide delivery, from city to province.
Delivery time
Ho Chi Minh City: if customers choose 2-Hour Express Delivery and order before 6:00 p.m. the same day.
Other areas: 1–5 business days (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).
Form of transportation
Express or standard delivery.
Estimated time is displayed upon ordering.
Shipping fee
Regional flexibility and clear display at checkout
Free shipping for orders over 1,000,000 VND.
Many promotions: Free shipping on all orders or reduced shipping costs during promotional hours.
VIP members or orders applying vouchers enjoy preferential shipping fees according to regulations.
RETURN POLICY
1. Purpose:
Ensure transparent, convenient and fair shopping.
2. Exchange:
Single value:
If new order < old order: buy more products to equal value, CALMNEST will not refund the difference.
If new order > old order: customer pays extra; after CALMNEST receives the old goods, the difference will be refunded within 10-15 days.
Cause from CALMNEST : wrong item, wrong quantity, wrong/damaged delivery → CALMNEST bears shipping costs.
Cause from customer: wrong code, quantity, internal change → customer pays exchange fee (under 1 million: 20%, > 3 million: 15%, > 5 million: 10%).
Time: return within 7 days from when CALMNEST receives the goods.
Procedure:
Contact hotline.
Send goods to 15 D5, Thanh My Tay, HCMC (keep order information intact).
Pay new bill.
CALMNEST checks and calls to confirm.
10–15 days refund if valid.
Valid on stock items only; not valid on sale, gift, or special order items.
