Yes, we are happy to assist you. To order on Calm Nest, please follow these 4 simple steps:

1. Select product — go to product detail page, select color/size (if available) then click “Add to cart” if you want to continue selecting multiple products, or “Buy now” to pay immediately.

2. Fill in delivery information — enter your full name, phone number, delivery address and notes if any.

3. Choose a payment method — Calm Nest supports COD (cash on delivery) or Bank Transfer .

4. Confirm order — check the information again, click Confirm . After confirmation, the system will send an email & SMS confirming the order and the shipping code when the goods are delivered.

Currently Calm Nest supports 2 main payment methods:

• COD (Cash on Delivery) : You pay cash upon receipt of goods (applicable to domestic orders). Delivery staff will collect money at the delivery point.

• Bank transfer : After placing an order, you transfer money to Calm Nest's bank account (account information is displayed at the payment step and in the confirmation email). Upon receiving the transfer statement, the shop will process and deliver the goods.

Thank you for ordering from Calm Nest. Average delivery times are as follows:

• Inner city: 2–3 working days.

• Outside the province: 3-4 working days.

After the order is transferred to the shipping unit, Calm Nest will send you the tracking number via SMS/email . You use this tracking number to track the order status on the shipping unit's website.
